Brunch Pop-up with Cracked & Mellana Café

It was a sunny Saturday morning when local entrepreneur Buna collaborated with his neighbors at Mellana Café for a brunch pop-up, serving his delicious signature sandwiches alongside the nutritious treats regularly served at this community-oriented café. We were delighted to have the team from the Self Help Hunger Program providing free produce, and collecting non-perishable donations for outreach to the nearby unhoused neighbors. The HEAR/HERE truck played lively music, conducted an open mic session, and screened neighbor story videos. We had a great time interacting with neighbors with the question:
